Performance-based outbound for B2B

We book qualified sales calls on your calendar. You only pay for the ones that show up.

Cold email, done for you end to end. We find your buyers, write the emails, work every reply, and put the meeting on your calendar. You approve the target list before a single message goes out.

$600 a month tech fee covers the sending system at cost. $300 per qualified call that shows.

Most owners we speak to have already tried outbound. It usually broke for one of four reasons.

  1. Not enough volume. A few hundred emails is not a test, it is a rounding error. You never reach enough of the market to find the people who happen to be buying this month.
  2. The sending setup could not land in the inbox. Pushing volume through a setup that is not built for it burns domains faster and puts the whole thing in spam.
  3. Nobody had the time. Running outbound properly is a daily job, and at most companies it is nobody's actual job.
  4. Whoever ran it had no stake in the result. On a salary there is no reason to keep improving a system that already technically works.

The companies where outbound does work do the opposite of all four. High volume, landing in the inbox, somebody on it every day, and that person paid on what it produces.

The offer

Tech fee
$600 / month

Covers the sending system. Twenty domains, forty inboxes, the lead data, verification and the sending platform. That is what the infrastructure costs. We do not mark it up.

Performance fee
$300 / call

Per qualified sales call that shows up on your calendar. That is where we make money.

If we book you nothing, we earn nothing. The invoice only ever counts calls that happened, with someone who fits the criteria you set. Emails sent and hours worked never appear on it.

Here is the math. Ten qualified calls at $300 plus the $600 tech fee is $3,600. If one call closes and your customer is worth $3,000 a month for six months, you turned $3,600 into $18,000.

Before any of that, you approve the list. You see the companies and the job titles we plan to contact, and you sign off before a single email goes out. Calls can only come from companies on that list.

How it works

1

We build the sending engine

Twenty domains, forty inboxes, the DNS records that authenticate them, and every inbox through a warm-up pool before it sends anything. Hundreds of emails a day, kept entirely separate from your main company address. This is the plumbing that decides whether your emails land or disappear.

2

We build your list

We start from the customers you already close and find more companies that look like them. Company size, location, the keywords your buyers use, and the specific industries inside the industry rather than the broad label.

3

We write and split test the emails

Short and conversational, several angles running against each other from the first send, so we find the winning message quickly instead of guessing at it for a month.

4

We work every reply

You are effectively getting another sales rep. We answer the questions using your material and keep following up until there is a decision, and none of that time costs you anything until a call shows up on your calendar.

Who this is for

This works when

  • You sell to other businesses.
  • One customer is worth several thousand dollars or more to you.
  • You close over a call rather than a checkout page.
  • One person can say yes without routing it through a committee.

This does not work if

  • You sell to consumers.
  • A customer is worth a few hundred dollars.
  • Nobody at your company gets on the phone before money changes hands.

At those numbers a booked call costs you more than it returns.

Questions

What counts as a qualified call?

We agree the definition before launch and write it down. Company type, job title, and what makes the conversation relevant to you. A call that does not meet it is not billed. You also get a review window each week to check the calls before any invoice goes out.

Will this damage my company domain?

No. We send from separate domains built for outbound, never your main address. Those domains redirect to your own website, so anyone who looks you up lands on your company rather than a blank page.

How long until the first call?

With pre-warmed inboxes we can be sending within days of your onboarding call. Custom branded domains need two to three weeks of warm-up first, and we use that window to build your list and write the emails. Either way, the first conversations usually start inside the first month.

Can I just have AI do this myself?

You can, and most of what comes out reads like everybody else's. One prompt gives you generic copy. An email that earns a reply needs the buyer's awareness level, an angle nobody else is running, and four versions tested against each other so the market picks the winner instead of you. Running that properly is most of the job, and it is the part we have built a system around.

The rest AI does not touch at all. It does not buy twenty domains, configure DNS records, warm forty inboxes or keep them out of spam, and twenty emails per inbox a day is a ceiling sharper copy does not raise. Then somebody has to answer the replies within minutes, handle the questions with your material, and keep following up until there is a decision.

What if the calls do not turn into customers?

Then we find out why, and we tell you which it is. If the wrong companies are coming through we change the targeting. If the companies are right and the deals are stalling, that sits inside your sales process and we will say so rather than keep billing you for meetings. You are paying for qualified conversations against a standard you set before launch, and your close rate stays yours.

Why not just hire an SDR?

A salaried SDR costs the same whether they book twelve meetings or two. Here you cover the system at $600 a month and nothing else until a call shows up. If outbound cannot produce meetings for your offer, you find that out for the price of the system rather than a year of payroll.

Pick a time

Thirty minutes. You leave knowing what a qualified call would cost you, how many buyers are reachable in your market, and whether the numbers work. If they do not, we will say so.
